Camille Bolté

Lawyer

Biography

Fond of the many intricacies of law, Camille Bolté holds a bachelor’s degrees in law and economics. He joined the firm in 2015 after practicing civil law for more than 20 years in private practice.

Favoring an evolutionary approach to the law, Mr. Bolté represents his clients’ interests before all Quebec courts, including the Court of Quebec, the Régie du logement, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. He advises and guides his clients with meticulous attention to detail, and conducts his examinations and pleadings with the same conviction. His experience has already led him to represent clients before the Supreme Court of Canada.

After more than 25 years of practice, Me Bolté has developed particular expertise in arbitration, municipal zoning, latent defects and construction.

A very curious man, this avid history enthusiast is constantly on the lookout for new knowledge whenever he can. In his spare time, you will also see him participating in his children’s sports activities, or strolling around with a book in his hand and his dog Mademoiselle Daly by his side, somewhere between the Atwater Market and the gardens of Notre-Dame Basilica.
